Support is available through hourly packages, monthly retainers, or project-based pricing, depending on your needs.
Invoices are sent electronically, and payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon for ongoing client relationships.
We’ll discuss the best option during your consultation so you only pay for the level of support that’s right for your business.

Standard business hours are Monday through Friday. I am based in EST, but happily work to accommodate other time zones.
I strive to respond to messages within one business day, and ongoing clients receive clear communication regarding turnaround times and project updates.
